Need More Silver

I've been pretty busy with uni lately, and the photos of what I have done is trapped inside the undeveloped film on my camera. Here is todays look anyway, I got these gorgeous bangles from india pretty cheap off ebay and I love the stacked silver look.

They are way too big for me and try to slip off my wrists any chance they get, while making really loud noises every time i move my wrists...

Vintage Vivienne Westwood stolen from my mum
leather choker from a Wallsend opshop (possibly a boot strap)
various necklaces mostly from ebay & gifts

I've been asked to do a makeup tutorial for this look too, so if anyone is interested let me know..

Leader of the Pack

I've just finished 1st year of my fashion design course, which was probably the hardest thing I've ever had to do but I feel like I've learnt so much, super excited to sew more clothes now I'm on my break. My final project was called Leader of the Pack, and is inspired by a combination vintage sport uniforms and the hyper feminine style of girl groups and girl gangs that were around in the 60s.

We had to design 10 outfits and make one of them, I chose a cheerleading uniform-style 2 piece outfit with a pleated skirt and top with heart details and heart shaped buttons, which is probably not as well sewn as it could have been but I got very little sleep on my final week...

Meta Flora

Nixi Killick released her new collection on Saturday for Melbourne Spring Fashion Week (which i volunteered to help, welcoming people to the colour tribe and handing out free coconut water) and I finally bought some shorts off her which I am so in love with.

Also very in love with my new cactus glasses
